Ordering & pricing
Do I need an account or approval to order?
No. Checkout works like any online store — no application, no approval step, no minimum. A wrap shop ordering its fiftieth fleet job and someone ordering a single wall panel pay the same per-square-foot price.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimums. Order one panel or a hundred — we treat every order the same.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept AI, PDF, and EPS files. Minimum 100 DPI at full scale, or 300 DPI at 25% scale. See our File Guidelines for full specs.
How much does it cost to print a wall graphic?
Wall vinyl starts at $3.19 per square foot. A 4 ft × 8 ft graphic is 32 square feet, so $102.08 for the print. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Production & shipping
How fast do orders ship?
Next-business-day shipping: orders placed by 2:00 PM EST are printed the same day and shipped the next business day; orders placed after 2:00 PM EST are printed the next business day and ship the business day after that. Most files are reviewed the same day. If your file needs changes, or you add a printed proof, production starts once the corrected file or proof is approved.
Do you ship nationwide?
We ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states. For Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, contact us before ordering. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on the $1 sample pack and the Color Swatch Book. Print orders are quoted at checkout by size and destination.
How does my order arrive?
Prints are rolled, never folded, protected and shipped UPS or FedEx with tracking. Orders go out in Printwise-branded boxes by default — nothing on the panels themselves identifies us. If you're a designer, agency or shop who needs blind shipping in unbranded packaging, tell us on the order and we'll pack it that way.
For wrap shops
Can I see the print quality before a full order?
Two ways. The $1 sample pack shows the films and finishes we print on, and ships free. For a specific job, add a $25 printed proof on the product page and we print a section of your own file before the full run.
Do you offer rush printing?
Contact us before placing your order and we'll let you know current capacity. Rush options are available depending on job size and schedule.
Will my client know you printed it?
Nothing on the panels identifies us. The box does: orders ship in Printwise-branded packaging by default. Need it blind? Tell us on the order and we'll ship it in unbranded packaging instead.
Do you install wraps?
Printwise prints and ships — installation is done by your shop or installer. Our sister company iWrap NY installs locally on Long Island, in the same building as the printer, which is how we know what panel order, overlap and laminate pairing actually need to be.
Problems & reprints
What if there's a problem with the print?
Contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. If the issue is on our end, we reprint and ship at no charge.
