1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Printwise website (printwiseus.com) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Services

Printwise provides custom large-format print production services including vehicle wraps, wall graphics, window films, and vinyl printing. All products are custom-made to order.

• Product specifications, dimensions, and materials are described on individual product pages
• Colors may appear slightly different on screen versus printed output due to monitor calibration
• Printwise reserves the right to refuse any order that violates our content policies

3. Ordering & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the order total

We accept major credit and debit cards, processed securely through Shopify Payments. Payment is collected at the time of order placement.

4. File Submissions & Intellectual Property

When you upload design files or artwork to Printwise, you confirm that:

• You own or have the legal right to use and reproduce the submitted artwork
• The content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• You grant Printwise a limited license to use the files solely for fulfilling your order

Printwise is not responsible for any intellectual property claims arising from customer-submitted artwork.

5. Production & Turnaround Times

Estimated production times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. Turnaround time begins upon receipt of print-ready files and order payment confirmation. Delays may occur due to high order volume, file issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Shipping

Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon carrier pickup.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Printwise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Printwise in the 30 days prior to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.

9. Changes to Terms

Printwise reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
