What happens next

We verify the certificate

Usually within one business day. We'll email you if anything is missing.

Your account is flagged exempt

Sales tax is removed at checkout on every order placed with that email.

Already paid tax on an order?

Send the order number with your application and we refund the tax once approved.

Which document do I need?
Your state's resale certificate or sales tax exemption certificate (for example NY ST-120). Multi-state resellers can send a multi-jurisdiction form.
Do I need an account first?
No account approval is needed to order, but the exemption is tied to the email you check out with — use the same one here.
