Shipping Policy

Processing & Production Time

All Printwise products are custom-made to order. Your order enters production after:

• Full payment is confirmed
• Print-ready files are received and approved
• Any required proofing steps are completed

Standard production time is 3–5 business days from file approval. Complex or large-format orders may require additional time. Rush production may be available — contact us at info@printwiseus.com before ordering.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via the following carriers:

• UPS — Ground, 2-Day, and Overnight options
• FedEx — Ground, Express, and Overnight options
• USPS — Priority Mail (select orders)

The carrier and service level are selected based on your location, package dimensions, and the shipping option chosen at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

After production, estimated shipping transit times are:

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days
• Overnight shipping: 1 business day (must be ordered by 12 PM EST)

These are transit times only, not total order turnaround. Add production time to calculate your expected delivery date.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders — please check the cart for current promotions.

Shipping Within the U.S.

We currently ship to all 48 contiguous states. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may be available at additional cost — contact us for a quote.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the carrier's website or through your Printwise account.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

1. Take photos immediately upon receiving the package
2. Do not discard the packaging
3. Contact us within 5 business days at info@printwiseus.com

For lost shipments, please allow an additional 3 business days beyond the estimated delivery date before contacting us. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

International Shipping

At this time, Printwise ships within the United States only. International shipping may be available for select orders — contact us at info@printwiseus.com to inquire.
