Pre-upload checklist
Run through this before every upload. If all 6 are checked, your file is ready.
CMYK color mode
Not RGB — colors will shift in print
0.25" bleed on all sides
Beyond the trim/cut edge
Fonts outlined
All text converted to paths
100 DPI minimum
At full print size
PDF, AI, or EPS format
PDF preferred for wrap files
File named clearly
Order number + project name
Accepted file formats
PDF
Recommended — Vector-based with embedded fonts and images. Best choice for all vehicle wrap files.
AI
Adobe Illustrator (CC or earlier), with all fonts outlined before saving.
EPS
Vector format with embedded images. Accepted for most wrap files.
Also accepted for smaller formats: TIFF (100–150 DPI at full size), PNG (high-resolution only). We do not recommend JPEG — compression artifacts become visible at large-format scale.
Resolution requirements
100 DPI
Minimum
At full print size
150 DPI
Recommended
At full print size
∞
Vector artwork
No limit — infinitely scalable
A file that looks sharp on screen at 72 DPI will often print blurry at large format. Always verify your DPI at the actual print dimensions — not at a reduced preview size.
Color mode
✓ Files must be in CMYK color mode
✓ RGB files will be automatically converted — colors may shift, especially bright reds, oranges, and blues
✓ Large black fills: use rich black — C:60 M:40 Y:40 K:100
✓ Small black text: use 100% K only to avoid registration issues
✓ White ink is not available — white areas must be left transparent or unprinted
Bleed & safe zone
Bleed
0.25"
On all sides beyond the trim/cut edge
Safe zone
0.25"
Keep all text and logos inside the trim edge
Include crop marks in your exported file where possible. This helps our team confirm trim lines are correct before production starts.
Fonts
✓ All fonts must be outlined / converted to paths before submission
✓ Do not rely on system fonts — they may render differently on different computers
✓ If submitting PDF, ensure all fonts are embedded in the file

File naming
Name your files clearly with your order number and project name. This helps us match files to orders instantly and avoids delays.

Avoid generic names like "final.pdf", "untitled", or names with spaces and special characters.
