Return & Refund Policy

Overview

Because all Printwise products are custom-made to order based on client-submitted files and specifications, our return and refund policy differs from standard retail stores. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Custom Print Orders — General Policy

All orders placed on Printwise are custom-produced and non-refundable once production has begun. This includes all vehicle wraps, wall graphics, window films, and vinyl print products.

We strongly recommend reviewing your file specifications and proof carefully before approving production.

2. When We Accept Returns or Issue Refunds

We will replace or refund an order in the following situations:

  • Print defect: Color banding, misprinting, or quality issues caused by our production process
  • Wrong item shipped: You received a product you did not order
  • Damaged in transit: The product arrived visibly damaged due to shipping
  • Incorrect size: We produced a different size than what was ordered

Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery with photo documentation.

3. What We Do Not Refund

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Customer-submitted files with errors (low resolution, wrong color mode, incorrect bleed)
  • Color variation between screen preview and printed output (monitor calibration differences)
  • Orders where design approval was given and production has started
  • Change of mind after order placement
  • Installation errors or damages caused by improper installation

4. How to Submit a Claim

To submit a defect or damage claim:

  1. Email info@printwiseus.com within 5 business days of delivery
  2. Include your order number in the subject line
  3. Attach clear photos showing the defect or damage
  4. Describe the issue in detail

We will respond within 2 business days and work toward a fair resolution.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if production has not yet started. Once files have been sent to production, cancellation is not possible. Contact us immediately at info@printwiseus.com if you need to cancel.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
