Delivery then takes 3–7 business days by ground, 2–3 by expedited, or 1 business day overnight, so a typical vehicle wrap, wall graphic or window film order arrives 4–9 business days after you upload a file that passes review. Printwise prints and ships from Hauppauge, New York; installation is done by you or your installer.
The turnaround, step by step
- Upload and file review. Every file is checked by a person before printing — resolution, color mode, bleed and fonts. A clean file goes straight to production. If something needs fixing, we contact you and the clock starts again when the corrected file is approved. This is where most delays happen.
- Optional printed proof. If you ordered a $25 printed proof to check color, it prints and ships the same day; production of the full job starts when you approve it.
- Production. Orders in by 2 PM EST, Monday to Friday, are printed and laminated that business day. Orders after 2 PM are printed the next business day.
- Shipping. Printed jobs ship the next business day, rolled (never folded), packed in panel order and tracked.
- Transit. Depends on the service you choose at checkout and how far you are from New York.

- Send a print-ready file. Follow the print-ready file checklist: CMYK, 100 DPI minimum at full size, 1 inch of bleed, fonts outlined. A file that passes review on the first try can save a day or two.
- Order before 2 PM EST. It is the difference between printing today and printing tomorrow.
- Choose expedited or overnight at checkout when you have an install date to hit.
- Skip the printed proof if your colors are already approved — or order a $1 sample pack ahead of time so you are not waiting on a proof when the job is live.

Printwise ships to all 48 contiguous U.S. states. For Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories, contact us before ordering. Orders ship in Printwise boxes by default; nothing on the printed panels identifies Printwise, and wrap shops and agencies can ask for blind shipping in unbranded packaging at no extra cost.
